Its not really a boy, but it is painted blue. I found a good deal on a 302 V8 on Craigslist and brought it home! Here are the general specs:
- ~300 Horsepower (They came from the factory at ~190 horsepower)
- Rebuilt ~2,500 miles ago
- Bored 0.030" over
- Moderate cam installed
- Ford 289 heads (for increased compression ratio)
- Holley 650cfm double pumper carburetor
- Weiand aluminum intake manifold
- MSD billet distributor
- Expensive looking red spark plug wires
The garage is getting crowded with all of those engines and transmissions everywhere, but I should be able to unload the old power train quickly. Better pictures will follow soon...
